This website is operated by Andrea Lissette Prather, an independent HR transformation project manager (“we,” “us,” or “our”). For GDPR purposes, Andrea Lissette Prather is the Data Controller.

2. What Information We Collect


We only collect personal information you voluntarily submit through our contact form:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Organization or company name
  • Type of inquiry (consulting, full-time opportunity, or general)
  • Preferred start date or timeline
  • Description of your project, role, or request

We do not collect sensitive personal data. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels or analytics tools.

3. How We Use Your Information


Your data is used solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry personally
  • Assess potential fit for working together
  • Schedule an introductory call if appropriate


We will never sell your data, use it for marketing, or share it with third parties beyond what is described in this policy.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR — EU Users)


We process your personal data under Article 6 of the GDPR on the following bases:

  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): Responding to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
  • Pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)): Where your inquiry is a step toward a potential working relationship.

5. How Your Data is Stored and Processed


Form submissions are processed by WPForms or Contact Form 7 (WordPress plugins) and delivered to our Gmail inbox (Google LLC, USA). Google maintains Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for GDPR-compliant EU-US data transfers.
We do not store submissions in any separate database or CRM. Your data exists only in our personal email inbox.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data


We retain your data only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry. If no engagement results, we delete your information within 12 months of your last communication. If an engagement results, we retain relevant communications per applicable legal requirements.

7. Your Rights (EU Users – GDPR)


You have the right to: access your data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, data portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, email hello@andrealissette.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Your Rights (US Users)


Depending on your state, you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws (including CCPA for California residents), including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. Contact us at andrea.lissette.rs@gmail.com for any requests.

9. Data Security


We use HTTPS encryption, strong passwords, and two-factor authentication to protect your data. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy


This website is not directed at individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us immediately at andrea.lissette.rs@gmail.com if you believe a child has submitted data.

11. Changes to This Policy


We may update this policy periodically. Changes take effect upon posting. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
