ABOUT ME
Get to know me.

I have one thing people consistently count on me for: walking into a complex transformation program and quickly making sense of it — the stakeholders, how teams work and the gaps. This allows us to spend time moving forward, not catching up.
I’m a project manager with 8 years of experience delivering for HR transformation programs at multinational corporations throughout Europe, LATAM and the US. I’ve coordinated end-to-end HRIS implementations like Workday touching payroll, recruitment, learning and beyond. Additionally, I’ve led LMS rollouts working hands-on with platforms like, Axonify, Cornerstone and TalentLMS and collaborated with learning designers to deliver content that meets both business and employee needs. And I’ve sat inside change management teams, creating adoption strategies that move people from awareness to full advocacy.
That cross-functional perspective — delivery and people, structure and human — is what I bring to every program I’m on.
I hold a degree in international business with a liberal arts education and built my consulting foundation at Accenture working with clients across retail, banking, food & beverage and insurance. I’m currently completing my PMP certification from the PMI Institute. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, which has shaped how I think about communication, cultural alignment and what it really takes to bring diverse teams together through change.
If you’re running a transformation that needs to land well and align many stakeholders, I’d like to hear about it and see how I can help.
HOW I WORK
What you can expect when we work together
I GET UP TO SPEED FAST
I ask the important questions upfront so that I can come in, get oriented, and start moving. That way we spend more time on delivery.
I BRING STRUCTURE WITHOUT RIGIDITY
Every organization is different and the best project plans are the ones that can adapt to the needs of its team members.
I KEEP DELIVERY AND PEOPLE TOGETHER
Most transformations fail at adoption, not implementation. I hold both in focus at once — so when the system goes live, people are ready and on board.
