FAQS
Questions I get asked most.
If you don’t find an answer to your question, please reach out to me and I would be happy to answer them directly.
How do you structure your fees?
My fees are based on the scope of the engagement and not on an hourly basis. Every engagement is scoped differently, the complexity of the program, the level of involvement required, and the timeline all affect what a fair fee looks like. Once I understand what you’re working on, I will put together a proposal that reflects the actual scope. The best first step is a 20-minute intro call.
Are you available for short-term engagements?
It depends on what I have running at the time. If your timeline is shorter, send me a message and I can provide you insight on my current capacity at the moment.
Does pricing differ for short-term engagements?
Yes, shorter engagements are typically scoped differently than longer ones. A program that runs 6 to 12 months allows costs to be spread across the full duration. For shorter or more contained engagements, the fee structure reflects the concentrated effort and faster delivery expected. We would discuss this during our intro call once I understand what you need.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, my work structure is fully remote. I have delivered programs across Europe, LATAM, Asia-Pacific and the US without being on-site. If on-site presence is required, I am open to discussing it with travel costs covered by the client.
What industries do you work with?
My background is primarily in HR transformation across retail, banking, food & beverage and insurance but my skills are transferrable. If you are running a complex program that involves people, process and technology change, get in touch so we can discuss your needs.
Can you work as part of our existing team or do you operate independently?
Both. I am equally comfortable embedding within an existing team or taking the lead on delivery independently. The engagement model depends on what your program needs, and we would agree on that upfront.
What’s the difference between hiring you and hiring through a consultancy firm?
I am an ex-Accenture consultant which means you get the quality of an experienced management consultant without the overhead and markup of a large consultancy firm. It is typically 20 to 30% more cost-effective than going through a big consultancy.
Are you open to full-time roles?
Yes, alongside consulting engagements, I’m open to permanent opportunities in HR transformation, change management or program delivery. If you have a role you think could be a fit, I’d love to hear about it.
What does the process look like if I want to work with you?
Easy, reach out through the contact form and I will respond within 2 business days to schedule a 20-minute intro call. We will use that conversation to understand your needs and assess whether there is a fit. If there is, I will put together a proposal for your review. From there, we agree on scope and get started.
