LMS Implementation / Learning Delivery
From platform rollout (Axonify, TalentLMS, Cornerstone) to collaborating with learning designers on content creation, I ensure your learning program is delivered on time and in compliance with your organization’s regulatory frameworks and learning needs.
Change Management / Adoption
A transformation is incomplete without a robust change management plan. I build and execute change strategies that move people from awareness to adoption designed around your organization’s reality. I design communications plan, training plan and stakeholder engagement strategies.

For complex, multi-workstream programs that need structure and clarity, I develop a governance framework to keep delivery on track and the right people informed at every stage ensuring everyone takes ownership of their role in the program.

ABOUT ME
Andrea Lissette.
For 8 years, I have worked at the intersection of two things most organizations treat as separate: delivering the project and ensuring adoption by their people. I have specialized in HR transformation project management delivering complex programs and ensuring the people involved adopt and embrace the change. I have worked across retail, financial services and consumer goods industries in Europe, Latin America, Asia-Pacific and the US. Being bilingual in English and Spanish and working with international clients has taught me that when you work to understand the stakeholders involved and truly listen to them (people-first mindset) you get the best project results.
Currently studying for my PMP from the PMI Institute to validate my experience managing projects.
